The development was located in the leafy Leeds suburb of Headingly in Yorkshire. The site was acquired in 2003 without planning permission. After planning permission was gained for two new build 3 bedroom houses with detached garages and a refurbishment of the original Edwardian house the build phase commenced in 2013 and was complete in 2015.
