Located in the seaside community of Craigweil in West Sussex this site was acquired in 1998 without planning permission. The site was positioned within the conservation area in Craigweil so a design of significant architectural merit recognising the pre-existing design influences of the area was required. Although Holm Lodge was a new build house design details such as bonnet hip tiles, leaded timber windows and mock tudor beams and columns were required to meet design approval for the conservation area. The development was completed in 2007.
