Permission was granted in 2019 for the conversion of the existing warehouse unit into a residential maisonette with an accompanying basement extension and loft extension to the existing first floor maisonette. Each unit will offer 3 bedrooms, generous living spaces and modern fixings. We hope to have the 2 units available to market in late 2021.
