The property was strategically acquired in 2004 as part of a site assembly for a new build development. The property had many period features such as sliding sash windows, tiled fireplaces and picture rails but was in need of updating and modernisation for the benefit of future occupiers but also so it would sit more comfortably alongside the new build development to the rear. This property was completed in 2016.
